What is the legal basis and purpose of the processing of my personal data by Lifepack?
The basis for the processing of your personal data is the contract of sale or provision of services electronically concluded with Lifepack – in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO. The processing of your data is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with Lifepack, to which you are a party, and is aimed at its performance.
To which other entities does Lifepack transfer my personal data?
If you provide your personal data, the recipients of your personal data include our suppliers:
- couriers,
- equipment installers,
- persons performing service and repair activities for the equipment,
- entities providing legal services to Lifepack,
- entities providing accounting services to Lifepack,
- entities providing IT services to Lifepack,
- payment operators you use to make payments for products purchased from Lifepack.
Personal data are disclosed to the above recipients only for the purpose of performing the contract to which you are a Party. When the recipient of your personal data is a so-called processor, Lifepack enters into an entrustment agreement with it for the processing of your personal data as required by Article 28 of the RODO.
What else do I need to know regarding Lifepack’s processing of my personal data?
- Whenever we personalize or specifically target our communications, offers or advertisements, we may profile your data. However, we do not make automated decisions (forced by an algorithm, for example) that may affect your legal situation. If you decide that you no longer want to receive personalized offers, product recommendations or any marketing communications at all, you can inform us at any time.
- Your data will be kept for the period of the statute of limitations for any civil or tax claims,
- If you have subscribed to the newsletter, your data will be processed based on your consent. Your consent can be withdrawn at any time, but this does not affect the validity of the processing activities undertaken by us prior to the withdrawal of consent.
What are my rights?
- You are not obliged to provide your personal data, but without it Lifepack will not be able to enter into a contract with you. Your provision of your personal data is a condition for entering into a contract with you and its performance.
- You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and the right to portability of your personal data.
- You have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

What are cookies?
Cookies, or “cookies,” are small text files stored on the disk of the user of websites. Cookies help website administrators manage these websites and improve the quality of the content provided.
What is device recognition?
Device recognition are mechanisms that allow a website to “read” the type of device from which a user connects to a website. What other information does Lifepack use?

In addition, IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical demographic information (e.g., about the region from which the connection is made).
Lifepack uses cookies and other technologies and information to help manage its websites. For ease of communication, cookies and other similar technologies will be referred to collectively as cookies.
What types of cookies does Lifepack use?
- Session cookies – these are cookies that are automatically deleted when you close your web browser.
- Persistent cookies – these are files that are stored on your device for a specified period of time. The storage of these files is not dependent on closing the browser.
- Own cookies – set by Lifepack services.
- Third-party cookies – set by services other than Lifepack, such as Google Analytics, Facebook, Criteo.

Why does Lifepack use cookies?
