Ingredients: safflower oil, coating material (beef gelatin), humectant (glycerol), vitamin D (cholecalciferol from lanolin).

Active ingredient in a recommended daily portion (1 capsule): 

• Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from lanolin) 50 µg (2000 IU) (1000%*).

Recommended portion for consumption during the day:
1 capsule daily with a meal.
Do not exceed recommended daily serving!
