Dissolve the contents of the sachet in one glass of water or a glass of fruit juice. The beneficial result is when taking 1.5 g betaine per day (1 sachet). Daily intake of betaine exceeding 4 g may significantly increase cholesterol level in blood. 

Keep out of reach of small children, in a dry place at room temperature. 

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.  Pregnant and nursing women should consult a physician before use. Consult your health practitioner before use if you have gastric and/or duodenal ulcers. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
