Betaine hydrochloride, bromelain from pineapple fruit extract (Ananas comosus), pepsin, rice flour, ginger rhizome extract (Zingiber officinale standardized to 5% gingerols), papain from papaya fruit extract (Carica papaya), L-leucine, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, bamboo shoot extract (Bambusa vulgaris standardized to 70% silica).

Recommended portion for consumption during the day

3 capsules a day, 15 minutes before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
