Hydrolysed fish collagen, methylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSMⓇ), glucosamine sulphate KCl of shellfish, mango flavour, acidity regulator: citric acid, l-ascorbic acid, bamboo shoot extract, sodium borate, standardised Grape Seed extract (source of OPCs), passion fruit flavour, pagoda tree extract (source of rutoside), maltodextrin, sodium hyaluronate, nicotinic acid, manganese gluconate, sucralose, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, copper gluconate (II), chromium picolinate, L-selenomethionine, potassium iodide.
1 sachet per day for many months. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water and drink.
