Recommended portion for consumption during the day

8 ml (1.5 teaspoons or one scoop) 2 times a day, in the morning and afternoon, preferably on an empty stomach or before meals. Shake before use, as sedimentation may occur. The product can be diluted with mineral water or natural fruit juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
