Hygiene recommendations

It is recommended that ear tips be used on an individual basis — as each person has their own bacterial flora, sharing ear tips is not recommended.

If more than one person uses the device, it should be cleaned after each use:

• Washing: remove the tips, wash with mild soap in warm water, rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.
• Disinfection: wipe the tips with a tissue soaked in 70% isopropyl alcohol or use a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution. Allow them to dry completely before reuse.

Do not use aggressive corrosive agents or boiling water.
