Magnesium Day is available in three organic salt complexes: magnesium citrate, magnesium succinate and magnesium acetyltaurate. Each form is characterised by a high degree of bioavailability 4. Citrate and succinate are metabolised into the body’s buffer systems, thereby helping to maintain acid-base balance. Furthermore, they supply intermediates for the Krebs cycle, which is thereby further stimulated, boosting the body’s bioenergetics 5, 6. Magnesium acetyl taurate is a lipophilic form which, according to preclinical research data, crosses the blood-brain barrier and also plays a role in the central nervous system 7. Magnesium supports the maintenance of normal psychological functions 8. The vitamin B6 and taurine contained in the preparation, combined with the magnesium complex, form a synergistic whole 9, 10.

Ingredients

Magnesium acetyl taurate, magnesium succinate, magnesium salts of citric acid, capsule shell (filler: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, pectin), inulin, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), pyridoxal-5-phosphate.
