The combination of magnesium glycinate, melatonin and vitamin B6 can provide support in the evening. Glycine, a component of magnesium glycinate, is an amino acid that plays a role in the functioning of the brain and nervous system in the human body 1. Melatonin, on the other hand, helps to reduce the time taken to fall asleep (the beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed).
