Recommended portion for consumption during the day

Take 5-10 tablets per day, 30 minutes before or 1-2 hours after a meal containing proteins. As a support for physical effort take 5-10 tablets, 30 minutes before the planned training. As a support of regeneration after a physical effort, take 5-10 tablets straight after the training. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
