Recommended portion for consumption during the day

Dissolve 1 scoop of powder (6.6 g) in 300-400 ml of water or other beverage. Drink 20 minutes before or 1-2 hours after a meal rich in protein or fat. Physically active people can consume an additional serving (1 scoop) 30 minutes before a planned workout. Do not exceed the recommended serving for consumption during the day.
