Recommended portion for consumption during the day

Dissolve one sachet (6.6 g) in 300-400 ml of water or juice and drink it 20 minutes before or 1-2 hours after the meal containing protein and fat. As a support for physical effort one may take extra portion (1 sachet) 30 minutes before the planned training. For better taste, best served chilled and shaken in shaker before the use. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
