85% ground Arabica coffee beans (Coffea arabica), dual water-alcohol extract from Cordyceps militaris fruiting bodies standardised to contain min. 20% beta-glucans, dual water-alcohol extract from the fruiting bodies of Hericium erinaceus standardised to contain min. 20% beta-glucans, extract from the root of Withania somnifera/ashwagandha, extract from the seeds of Vicia faba.

Espresso machine/French press/coffee maker/classic brewing method.

Classic brewing method: pour 2 teaspoons into a cup, add 200 ml of water at a temperature of 93-96°C. Stir and enjoy the rich flavour. And if you fancy something special, add plant-based milk and create an aromatic latte.
